Mohd Nuruddin Abdul Kadir, first exposure professionally in urban planning as a Part-time Service Officer at the Economic Planning Unit (EPU), Pahang Government Secretary Office in 1992. Later of the year he joint Sungai Petani Municipal Council as Assistant Town Planning Officer. His responsibility is preparing Sg. Petani Local Plan, manage and coordinate the application for planning permission, planning and development of Council Special projects.
In 1998 he has successfully completed his degree in Urban and Regional Planning and has received Mubin Sheppard awards by Malaysian Heritage Body. In 2008 he has earn his Master Degree in Urban and Regional Planning. Served as a tutor with the Faculty of Built Environment for one year and become a Research Officer at the UTM Bureau of Innovation and Consultancy for 10 years. His involvement in Geographical Information System is tremendous, He has a vast experience working with government agencies i.e. Kuala Lumpur City Hall, Town and Country Planning Department, State and Federal agencies and private company.
