Siti Nur Izaty, a passionate advocate for urban planning, began her academic path at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). She first completed a Diploma in Town and Regional Planning at UiTM Seri Iskandar in 2017, followed by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field in 2020, which laid the groundwork for her professional pursuits. With four years of expertise in physical planning and social impact studies, she has developed a specialization in Social Impact Assessment (SIA) and Socio-economic Impact Assessment (SEIA). Her technical repertoire includes advanced proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Map Info, SPSS Statistics and AutoCAD. Nurul Izaty holds formal membership with the Malaysian Association of Social Impact Assessment (MSIA) and Malaysian Institute of Planners (MIP).
