Ainul Fathona, a committed town planning professional, graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Urban and Regional Planning in 2021. Despite being relatively new to the field, she has steadily honed her technical and analytical skills while continuously deepening her expertise in urban planning. In her current role, Ainul Fathona utilizes her technical proficiency and in-depth knowledge of town planning and social impact studies to carry out Social Impact Assessments (SIA), with a focus on methodology and analysis. She is skilled in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), SPSS Statistics, and AutoCAD drafting and actively participates in both the Malaysian Association of Social Impact Assessment (MSIA) and the Malaysian Institute of Planners (MIP).
