Bangi : A Town Planning Legislation and Procedure Seminar conducted by Kelab Sukan dan Kebajikan Perancang Bandar Malaysia (KESPER) and PLANMalaysia mainly discussed the requirements and significance of the provisions under the Akta Perancangan Bandar dan Desa 1976 (Akta 172) within land planning and development control. Also, the seminar addressed the co-relation between Akta 172, Kanun Tanah Negara (Akta 928), and the rights of applicants and residents in land development.
